North Shore Condominiums

About

North Shore Condominiums are comprised of 83 condominium units, individually owned by a diverse group of owners. Many owners live full time or part time at their homes and some rent periodically in accordance with Bylaws and City of South Haven Laws. A minimum of 7 day rentals are always the rule. Our properties are beautifully maintained with stunning pool, patio, and Lake Michigan Beachfront. We welcome new owners and guest, however our homes are not to be considered a lakefront resort or strictly a vacation rental property. The strength of our property lies in its diversity. Thank you!
