We are a 330 unit multifamily complex with 11 buildings, a pool, and a clubhouse. Parking is unassigned. We have recently provided access to an electric vehicle charging station. The Arbors requires that owners own their unit for 2 years before being allowed to assign tenants. All rental applications must follow the Crime Free Leasing Program. We are FHA approved through January 23, 2020 and will be reapplying at that time for recertification (Condo Project ID: A004784). We also feature on-site maintenance, barbeque pits, recently rebuilt tennis and basketball courts, and a rentable clubhouse. Gas and water are included in the assessment costs. Move ins must be scheduled with Management.
