Rancho Villas was built in 1974 – the first condominium project in Cave Creek, Arizona. The Villas were designed by world renowned architect Bennie Gonzales. This unique complex of 40 units – consisting of 2- and 4-unit buildings – is situated on more than 11 acres at the base of Black Mountain.
